We celebrated the 100th day of school with lots of very fun activities! Upon arriving to school, the students were given breakfast treats that showed "100" made out of licorice and donuts.
Students also brought in 100 objects. Using those objects, they practiced counting to 100 on a 100s chart.
Students were also given m&ms to practice counting to 100 by 2s, 5s, and 10s. We also practiced subtraction using the 100 chart.
Last but not least, students wrote about what they would do if they were throwing their 100th birthday party! Their description was complete with a photo of students that showed what they would look like at 100.
